How do I track offer history for a store?

You can track offer history for any store by visiting its merchant page on Savewise.   Each store includes a historical chart that shows how cashback, miles, or points offers have changed over time.  Here’s how to do it:  1. Use the search bar to find the store you're interested in. 2. Click on the store to open its merchant page. 3. Scroll down to find the shopping portal you're interested in purchasing through. 3. Click the View offer history button to view the trends from that shopping portal.  This helps you decide if now is a good time to shop — or if it’s worth waiting for a better rate.  - Free accounts can view up to 14 days of history data - Pro accounts can view up to 18 months of history data  If you want to be notified when an offer increases, you can also set an Offer Alert for that store.

What are offer alerts?

Offer Alerts are a convenient way to get notified when a store increases their cashback, miles, or points offers on shopping portals.  Instead of having to manually check offer rates for a store every day, set up an offer alert and Savewise will handle the rest.  To create an alert, click Set Alert on a store page, and enter the following:  - Minimum offer threshold - Offer Type - Portal(s) - Expiration Date  The next time this store increases their offers to meet the specified criteria, you'll automatically get an email.  You currently can set up 1 alert per store, and we plan to expand that in the future.  Savewise provides 2 free offer alerts.  Access unlimited alerts by upgrading to Savewise Pro.

The offer is automatically applied, and you'll get cashback or points credited to your account.  Card-linked offers often work in-store and online, and they can usually be stacked with other rewards like shopping portals for extra value. Can Amex offers be activated on multiple cards?

Yes, in most cases.  If more than 1 of your cards has been targeted for an offer, Savewise attempts to activate the offer across all eligible Amex cards.  Please note: this relies on an unofficial integration with Amex, and may experience interruptions when Amex updates their systems.  Our members have a 98% success rate with this feature.  We are constantly monitoring and updating the integration to ensure it works as smoothly as possible, but there may be occasional hiccups that are out of our control.  ---  Here's an example of how this works:   Let's say you have an Amex Platinum, Amex Gold, and Amex Green card.  There's an offer for [Blue Apron](https://getsavewise.com/merchant/blue%20apron) on your Amex Platinum and Amex Gold cards, but not the Amex Green card.  When you activate your Amex offers using Savewise, the Blue Apron offer will be applied to your Amex Platinum and Gold cards.

Are my credit card details secure?

Your credit card and bank login details are 100% secure when using Savewise.   This is because Savewise never sees or stores your login information. We do not have it, therefore it can't be compromised. We will never ask for it.  Similarly, Savewise does not store your full credit card numbers.
